Jae Newman was born near Seoul. His poetry has been published in numerous literary journals and reviews and been nominated for a Pushcart Prize. As an educator, he’s presented twice for the Poetry Foundation, sharing new ways to engage younger readers on how to teach the reading and writing of poems. Jae lives in Rochester, New York with his wife and children.
